Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

In the event of a high order volume, processing times may be extended. Should there be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

All shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, order details, and selected shipping method.

Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using UPS and Canada Post. Carrier selection is determined at checkout based on availability and service level for your location.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to Canada, the United States, and Mexico. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs or product prices.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the damage so we may assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
